The company's MISSION is to become a model of a leading construction company in East and Central Africa through utilization of local personnel in construction industry. And this can only be achieved through the company's VISION of achieving “Complete Satisfaction to our Customers.”

As we started we focused mainly in construction business, but our business plan aim at enhanced and modernized Services focusing to:

  • Structural engineering design
  • Projects Management and Contract Administration
  • Projects appraisal and evaluation
  • Erection and Installation of telecommunication base stations from towers
  • To equipment installation
  • IT Technologies, logo and website design
  • Real Estate Services

As the focus ranges from construction, carrying out structural design, project management and Real estates. Also we design, develop and maintain websites, logos, different types of system hardware and software as well as modern organizational structures for a better productivity and efficiency.

For a smooth and comfortable provision of those services to our customer the company has achieved about 95% capacity and documentation from local authorities as compliance to provision of the intended services.

Mindset Techies (T) Limited was incorporated under the Companies Ordinance Cap. (212) vide Certificate of Incorporation No. 46525 of 24th July 2003. The company is registered as a Value Added Tax (VAT) collector under the Taxpayer Identity No. 02-556-925 and VAT Registration No. 10-017280-C.

It is also registered by the Contractors Registration Board with Registration Numbers B5/0223/3/04 and C5/0160/03/2004 as a Class V Contractor in both Building and Civil Works respectively and is licensed to carry all sorts of Building and Civil engineering works.
